2. Website Data

2.1 Access Data and Hosting Each time you visit our website, our server automatically logs basic access data including your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and date and time of access. This data is retained for a maximum of seven days and used solely to ensure the website operates smoothly. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes this data on our behalf.

2.2 Contact and Pitch Form Submissions We collect personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact and pitch forms, including name, email address, company name, and any details you choose to share. Certain fields are mandatory to process your enquiry. Data submitted is used solely for evaluating investment opportunities and responding to your enquiry.

2.3 Newsletter If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your name and email address via Mailchimp. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email. Upon unsubscription, your data is retained only to prevent future accidental re-subscription.

2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and analytics. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies allow us to recognise returning visitors. We also use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled to understand how visitors use our site. Contract and Investor Data If you enter into a contractual relationship with us as an investor, advisor, or in any other capacity, we may additionally process name, address, date of birth, email, identification documents, financial data, and beneficial ownership information. This data is processed to administer your investment, comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering and KYC requirements, and manage our business relationship.

4. Third-Party Processors We use Squarespace (hosting and forms), Google Analytics (analytics), Mailchimp (newsletters), and Attio (CRM and deal flow). All processors are bound by data processing agreements and operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or equivalent safeguards. Note that some processors are based in the USA. US authorities may have access to personal data transferred there under applicable US surveillance laws, without differentiation by purpose.

5. Data Retention We retain access logs for up to seven days. Newsletter data is held until unsubscription. Pitch and contact submission data is retained for up to five years for investment tracking purposes. Contract and investor data is retained as required by applicable law.
